Fabricated in 18 karat yellow gold, this vintage beauty features seven alternating paisleys of bright red pear shaped rubies outlined by a sinuous framing of diamond pave. Smartly finished within a framing of square cut rubies. The pear shaped rubies weigh approximately 2.80 carats in total, the diamond pavé has a total carat weight of approximately 0.80 carats. and the square cut rubies weighing approximately 0.50 carats in total. Current ring size is 7.5. The ring can be slightly resized.
